Byddem wrth ein boddau pe gallech ymuno â ni i lansio gwefan Deall Lleoedd Cymru.
Prosiect ar y cyd yw Deall Lleoedd Cymru, sy’n manteisio ar brofiad ac arbenigedd ystod o bartneriaid o’r sectorau cyhoeddus a gwirfoddol. Rydyn ni eisiau i’r wefan newydd fod yn bwynt cyntaf er mwyn cael gwybodaeth ystadegol am drefi, pentrefi a chymunedau yng Nghymru.
Mae’r wefan yn wahanol i byrth data eraill, gan na fydd angen i bobl fod yn arbenigwyr i’w defnyddio. Bydd canolbwyntio ar archwilio’r hyn sy’n debyg, yn annhebyg a rhyng-berthnasau rhwng lleoedd yn helpu defnyddwyr i ddehongli a rhyngweithio gyda’r data hwn mewn ffyrdd newydd a deinamig.

We would be delighted if you could join us for the launch of the Understanding Welsh Places website.
Understanding Welsh Places is a collaborative project that draws on the experience and expertise of a range of partners from the public and voluntary sectors. We want this new website to be the first point of call for statistical information about towns, villages and communities in Wales.
The website is different to other data portals because people will not need to be experts to use it. A focus on exploring similarities, contrasts and inter-relationships between places will help users to interpret and interact with this data in new and dynamic ways.
