Following the Scottish referendum the Prime Minister David Cameron pledged that Wales will be at the heart of the debate on constitutional reform. The Secretary of State for Wales Rt Hon Stephen Crabb will give a speech at an Institute of Welsh Affairs event hosted by Acuity Legal setting out his vision for devolution in Wales. 


Stephen Crabb has set a deadline of St David’s Day next year to secure a cross-party agreement on the future shape of Welsh devolution.
