This is all bit too like a Labour branch party for me.
Very much enjoyed this podcast not just because of the knowledge of the participants but also the quality of the analytic skills they bring to bear on the subject matter. I was intrigued by Laura’s comments about the strength in depth of the Labour Party and its party machine, particularly at the Westminster level of government. Not quite so invulnerable at the National Assembly level where, in addition to Leanne’s success in the Rhondda, Plaid came particularly close in Blaenau Gwent. It will be interesting to compare those results with the ones on Friday morning next.
