To mark three decades of the IWA’s role in making Wales better, we decided to look forward to ‘the next thirty years’ by introducing some of the people who will be shaping ‘the Welsh agenda’ as the future unfolds. We have teamed up with PricewaterhouseCoopers and their #GreatWales campaign, which celebrates the ideas and people who contribute to the Wales of the future.

I’ve been working in digital since graduating back in 2010 working both in-house and within agencies, I’ve been able to get a range of experience across digital marketing. Recently nominated as European Young Search Professional of the Year, I was humbled to be recognised for doing something I really enjoy in helping people do more business online and am always looking for new ways to do so.
Coming from a hardworking family, my parents and late grandmother were always hugely supportive of whatever I wanted to do in life which really encouraged me to keep learning and pushing myself harder to not only be as successful as I can but also enjoy my work.
I firmly believe that Wales has so much untapped potential in the digital and tech space. There are a number of great start-ups and professionals as well as a really unique community here that I would love to see thrive even more. That is one of the reasons behind starting Cardiff Digital to deliver more digital expertise to Welsh businesses so that they can build their own success; a journey I also hope to make soon.
Each day, throughout the month of June, we are celebrating the exceptional people on the Next 30 list by publishing a short pen portrait here on Click on Wales, as well as raising their profile on Twitter using #IWAnext30 and #GreatWales to highlight the exciting contributions these people are making to Wales’ future.
